Foraging for wild garlic to make garlic pesto

Natural Schooling outdoor lesson: foraging for wild garlic for our students increases their social, emotional well-being. The wild garlic is brought back to the natural cookery school catering classroom for preparation, producing wild garlic pesto which is served with pasta for students and staff lunch.

Recommended for ages 11 – 16+years old
